WHO ARE WE?
We are Flutter brand. A small, local business serving Tulsa, and surrounding areas. We are a team of seriously talented, hard working women that love what we do! Specializing in eyelash extensions, we offer a full lash service menu to suit your needs.
Our salon started with eyelash extensions in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in 2014! We have since grown to a multitude of & locations (south Tulsa, midtown Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Brookside in Tulsa, & Owasso) and other services!! We don’t plan on stopping anytime soon! Each lash artist that becomes a member of our team is trained until their application is to our standard of excellence! This can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2+ months!
Although you do not have to be trained specifically in eyelash extensions to apply them in the state of Oklahoma. (You must only be licensed with the state in either cosmetology or esthetics), we extensively train every beautician that becomes a part of our team!

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
Our specialty is eyelash extensions! We offer a full-service eyelash extension menu (at all of our Tulsa area locations), along with brow, facial, and permanent makeup services (these varying by location).
A list of our services include:
Classic eyelash extensions – Single extensions attached to each individual eyelash one at a time.
Blended (hybrid) eyelash extensions – A mixture of classic and volume extensions attached to each natural eyelash.
Natural volume eyelash extensions – Light, fluffy volume fans. Results in a natural, light look.
Bold volume eyelash extensions – Bold volume fans. Results in a more dramatic, “thicker” look.
Mega volume (extreme) eyelash extensions – The “fullest” extensions available. Very dark, and dramatic! If you find yourself wanting fuller lashes, this option will get you there! We are known for our mega volume lashes in the greater Tulsa area!
Eyelash lifts & tints – The process of curling your natural eyelash with a solution that
Brow lamination (lift) – The process of straightening the brow hair chemically so that it gives brows a fuller, or defined look.
HydraFacial’s – A HydraFacial is one of the most powerful, non-invasive skin resurfacing treatments available today. It combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection that removes dead skin cells and impurities, while simultaneously delivering moisturizing serums into the skin.

Combo brows – A combination of powder and microblading brows.
Lip blushing – Semi permanent lip color.
Fibroblast – Skin tightening treatment that reduces fine lines, wrinkles, stretch marks and loose skin.

The Process
Having eyelash extensions applied should be a very relaxing experience. If you or someone you know has had an uncomfortable, tense, or even painful experience, that is not normal. It IS normal for first time clients to fall asleep for the 2 hour full set service! Clients often refer to their lash appointment as their “nap time”.
Feel free to bring headphones and listen to your favorite music, podcast or show during your service (we have music playing in the salon for your enjoyment as well). The service is performed on a recliner or massage table. The bottom lashes are taped down, so they don’t mix with the top lashes while the extensions are being applied. Not doing this properly is why some people experience negative services because the top and bottom lashes get stuck together.
The eyelash extensions are applied to one natural eyelash at a time, this is why a full set will take about 2 hours. If applied correctly, they will shed with your natural lash cycle and not damage the natural lashes! We provide all full sets with an aftercare package & instructions so that you are able to properly care for your eyelash extensions Tulsa!

We have comfy recliners, or beds for you to relax on. Either is available upon request. We want your experience to be as relaxing and refreshing as possible and are here to assist you! Eyelash extensions are applied one by one, to each individual eyelash. If you have experienced discomfort, or do not feel like your extensions were applied correctly, we can help! After using Flutter 6 months in a row, I absolutely love the lashes as well as the team! I get them done weekly and they always look amazing when I leave. Meeting a lot of people in my job, someone asks me at least once a day where I get them done and I constantly get compliments on them.
